Terai Mukti Morcha. Die JTMM ist eine revolutionäre Partei, die
sich 2004 von den Maoisten abgespalten hat. Hintergrund der
Absplitterung war, dass die Führer der JTMM den Maoisten nicht
zutrauten, die Autonomie des Terai Gebietes zu garantieren.
Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha ist übersetzt: "Demokratische Terai
Freiheits Front".
Die JTMM ist bis heute (Stand Februar 2008) mit
hauptverantwortlich für die Unruhen in den Terai Gebieten. |
